#BookPost | August 8th to August 14th

I didn’t get a lot of books this week, but I did get my Illumicrate box which came with TWO books this time, as well as a couple of ARCs from publishers.

I got two copies of this book this week. Both of them were the UK hardback edition. This is because after finishing the ARC I received a while ago, I immediately pre-ordered a copy of the hardback. Then, in this month’s Illumicrate, there was a hardback edition of Nevernight. So, I now currently own three copies and I’m waiting on my signed, first edition hardback version coming too – so it’ll be four. Can you tell I seriously love this book?

Release Date: August 11th 2016

I literally have heard nothing about this book but it’s the other one that came in my Illumicrate box and it’s not actually out until September so that’s pretty cool! From what I can tell, it’s about witches so I’m curious to see what the actual story is.

Release Date: September 1st 2016

The next book I got during the week was Fir For Luck from Cranachan Publishing. I love this company, they publish some truly quality Scottish fiction and I’m especially keen to read this one because I know Barbara personally! We used to be in a critique group together and so I’m over the moon that she’s about to be published and I can’t wait to read her story.

Release Date: September 21st 2016

Finally this week, I received this beauty from Hot Key Books. I’ve heard a lot about this book on Twitter because I follow the author and so I was super excited to receive this book and dove into it instantly. I will most likely be finishing this one in the next couple of days so keep your eyes peeled for my review soon!

Release Date: September 22nd 2016
