#BookPost | August 15th to August 21st

I got a surprising amount of books this week considering I’m not supposed to be buying books because I am legitimately poor right now! However, some of these are review books so I didn’t spend money on them all.

Yes, I got another copy of Nevernight this week. I actually almost got two but sadly decided against getting the black sprayed edges hardback edition (for now) in favour of buying other books I got this week. The copy I DID get this week was my limited first edition hardback, signed by the author and numbered (120 out of 250). It’s got the red sprayed edges and I love it. I’m excited to pick up the black edged copy so I can take a picture with all four versions that I have 😀

I’ve seen this book about a bit on Twitter but don’t really know what it’s about. I picked it up off a Waterstones buy-one-get-one-half-price table and, thanks to those lovely stamp cards and my Waterstones rewards points, I didn’t have to pay a penny! Yay for free books! I’m quite excited to dig into this one but due to all the ARCs I’m reading first, it will probably take me a while to get around to it.

Release Date: September 3rd 2015

I remember getting the first book in this series from MaximumPop! and reviewing it for their website. I absolutely loved it so when I saw this in Waterstones, I had to pick it up. And, as I’ve already said, I didn’t pay a penny so it was an added bonus! I’m excited to see where this book takes the series and it will probably be one of my first non-ARC reads after September is over.

The next book I received from the wonderful people at Scholastic. They were already kind enough to send me the first Poppy Pym book not so long ago and I’m excited to be part of the tour for the second book in the series. I haven’t finished the first book yet, but I’m planning to pick it up again very soon so I can immediately jump into the next one!

Release Date: September 1st 2016

This is another book that I got from Scholastic and that I will be taking part in the blog tour for. The cover really gripped me and it looks like it’ll be an awesome read. I don’t know much about it but I’m excited to dive in!
