April TBR

4. april-tbr

Ta da! Here’s my April TBR. I’ve gone for a slightly different approach for this month’s TBR. I’ve chosen ten NetGalley books (some April releases, mostly my oldest ARCs from 2014 though) and then I’ve got 3 paperbacks and 2 author requests.

I’ve tried to choose this TBR based on new releases and oldest ARCs so that I can clear out my backlog of NetGalley eARCs and still stay on target with the newest books. The author requests are both insanely old ones.

I’m actually hoping that I will 100% this TBR and I’m feeling confident about it because my work schedule has worked out swimmingly for me this month. I’m working less days but longer shifts and I have a week off for my birthday!

Anyways, enough rambling. I’ve already finished a book this month and it was:

  • The Inconceivable Life of Quinn by Marianna Baer

One down, fifteen to go!

    • The author is a member of the children’s writers group I’m in and she was lovely the one time I met her in person. I was lucky to get – I believe – the sequel to Verity on NetGalley so I can’t read that until I finish the first one! Super looking forward to it. Thank you 😊
